Obituary for Carol A. Klank

Carol A. Klank, of Commerce Twp., was born February 20, 1938 in Detroit, the daughter of the late Carl G. and Helen J. (nee Berthet) Meyer. She died Monday, November 23, 2020 at the age of 82.

Mrs. Klank was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence (d. 1999). Dear mother of Jim (Leigh), Bob (Diane), Dave (Janie), Joanne Lowery, Ruth (Dale) Krispin and Daniel. Grandmother of 17, great-grandmother of 13, sister of Joyce Tiseo. She is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.

Carol was a longtime resident of Commerce Twp. and was active in the community as a volunteer at St. William Catholic Church, a Boy Scout and Girl Scout leader and also worked with AARP helping people prepare their taxes. She will be missed by many.

Funeral from St. William Catholic Church, 531 Common Street, Walled Lake, Friday, November 27, 2020 at 1:00 PM. Friends may visit at the church Friday 12:30 PM until the time of Mass. Interment Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens. Memorials to St. William Catholic Church would be appreciated.
