Obituary for Todd Andrew Meister

Todd Andrew Meister of Walled Lake was born August 10, 1961 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Donald Edward and Jean Louise (nee: Buckley) Meister. He died January 30, 2017 at the age of 55.

Todd is the beloved husband of Dawn Marie (nee: Roznowski). Loving father of Steven Andrew (Michigan State University) and Ryan Anthony Meister (Northern Michigan University). He survived by his mother Jean (the late Donald) Meister. Loving brother of Robyn (Dan) Magreta. Uncle of Austin and Lauren Magreta and Genevieve and Matthew Parks. Son in law of Thaddeus and Barbara Roznowski. Brother in law of Nadine Parks, Kim Roznowski and Michelle Roznowski.

After being born in Cincinnati, Todd and his family relocated to Farmington Hills where he grew up, and later attended and graduated from Farmington High School, class of 1979. Todd began working at FedEx in 1987 where he met his wife Dawn and worked for over 30 years until his death. Todd had a 30 year Safe Driving Award and was known by his FedEx family to take everything in stride and never complain, even during peak. Todd was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and loved the Silver Lake Sand Dunes, where he spent countless hours with his family and friends. He lived for his family, and while he was a man of few words, the surest way to get him to talk was to ask him about his kids. He was a very proud dad and a faithful Walled Lake Braves and Western High School Football Parent.
